Receptionist/Office Assistant

Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (CCA), a leading Baltimore-based boutique corporate advisory and investment banking firm, seeks to hire a Receptionist/Office Assistant to support the firm’s continued growth.

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (required)
  • 5+ years of customer service related experience
  • Basic skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Duties

  • Receptionist functions, including greeting guests/clients and guiding them to appropriate conference rooms
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Coordinate and pick-up breakfast and lunch for staff and client meetings
  • Providing calendar management support by scheduling meetings and calls for senior staff
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Clerical support, including data entry, sorting mail, binding reports, printing, and filing
  • Placing orders for office supplies and kitchen refreshments as needed

Qualified candidates will be professional, organized, self-motivated, and have excellent customer service skills. The role will include working closely with the firm’s Chief of Staff to provide office support by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.
