“Senior-level visibility and exposure to deal structure and process” are what Baxter Wright points to when asked what makes CCA the ideal place to work. As an Analyst, he also values the meaningful client interactions and opportunities to specialize by sector that come with the role.
Baxter supports sell-side and buy-side mandates, working in financial modeling and valuation techniques while helping prepare memoranda, presentations, and other client materials. His work draws on a natural affinity for numbers, sharpened through coursework in finance and accounting, paired with an innate curiosity that pushes him to question and dig deeper into whatever is in front of him.
“Having a great attitude, giving my all, and striving to get better every day” are the philosophical underpinnings that guide Baxter’s approach. Colleagues describe him as reliable, conscientious, dependable, and considerate – a personable teammate known for listening first before sharing perspectives. He brings precision and a determination to be analytically honest to his work, absorbing as much information as possible on behalf of CCA’s clients.
On the personal side…
A native of Crownsville, MD, Baxter is a volunteer with the Special Olympics – an involvement that began in high school and continued through college. He is developing a growing love of reading and travel – Morocco and Iceland are among his favorite trips to date. Baxter loves staying active and watching football – both American and soccer.
