AMA CEO Todd Woerner, who will continue to lead the Baltimore/Washington operations, commented, “This is the second successful transaction our team has worked on with CCA and once again we are grateful for their leadership in our sale process and their invaluable advice along the way. CCA helped us identify and negotiate a “win win” transaction with the EI Group, an ideal partner for our team moving forward. It would be hard to envision accomplishing all that we have without CCA’s expertise.”

Stuart Knott, Head of the Business Services Team at CCA, added, “AMA has long been recognized as a leading environmental consulting and training provider in the Mid-Atlantic market. We are happy that AMA was able to close a transaction with a preferred partner; and we thank Todd and his team for all their hard work in consummating two successful deals in less than a year.”
