Baltimore, MD – March 20, 2025 – Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (“CCA”) is pleased to announce it has served as the exclusive financial advisor to Belair Road Supply, Inc. (“BRS” or “The Company”), a value-added distributor of water and sewer, masonry, and hardscapes supplies in the Mid-Atlantic, in its sale to Fortiline Waterworks (“Fortiline”), a leading national waterworks supplier and subsidiary of the Reece Group.
BRS boasts a long-standing reputation as an industry leader in the Mid-Atlantic region. As such, aligning with the right partner was a foremost priority in pursuing a sale. Fortiline distinguished itself as the ideal buyer that will provide the necessary resources to support the Company’s continued growth , while also offering a wealth of opportunities for BRS’ dedicated employees going forward.
