Baltimore, MD, May 7, 2024 – Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (CCA), a boutique investment banking and corporate advisory firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, announced that Timothy Brasel has been named a Managing Director in the firm’s investment banking group.
Since joining the firm in 2017, Tim has proven instrumental to its continued growth and the exceptional service the area’s leading middle market companies have come to expect from CCA. His expertise in unlocking the value in a company and optimizing the outcome of a sale transaction has helped countless business owners achieve their personal and professional goals.

In his role as a Managing Director, Tim will leverage nearly 15 years’ experience to lead the management and execution of transactions for CCA clients across all of the industries the firms covers, including Engineering & Constructions, Government Services, technology, health care, industrials, and business services. He will continue to apply his deep understanding of what drives business value and how to position a company effectively while connecting them with the right buyers, helping each CCA client attain their unique objectives.
Tim holds a B.S. in finance with a concentration in investments from the Perdue School of Business of Salisbury University and a M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business of the University of Maryland.
