Chesapeake Corporate Advisors Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor
Baltimore, MD – April 11, 2024 – Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (“CCA”) is pleased to announce it has served as the exclusive financial advisor to QI Services, LLC (“QI Services”), KI Services, LLC (“KI Services”), and PCH Logistics Inc. (“PCH Logistics”), providers of freight forwarding services, supply chain transportation logistics, truck brokerage, and other transportation services for both domestic and international freight. QI Services, KI Services, and PCH Logistics were acquired by Allstates WorldCargo, Inc. (“Allstates WorldCargo”), a provider of worldwide logistics and transportation services, who is backed by Clarendon Capital, headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA.
QI Services, KI Services, and PCH Logistics have a longstanding relationship with Allstates WorldCargo, as they have worked together over a number of years to jointly service clients. The existing relationship will help accelerate the integration and growth of the businesses.
The CCA investment banking team on this transaction included Charlie Maskell, Managing Director, Andy Spears, Vice President, and Frank Ihle, Senior Analyst. Together, the CCA team advised on transaction strategy and provided support throughout the engagement. Sam Weisbaum of Kramon & Graham served as seller’s legal counsel.
