Matthew Metzger - Associate

With a focus on financial analysis and transaction support, Matthew Metzger brings valuable insights to CCA clients through his role as an Associate. His responsibilities include preparing financial projections, conducting business valuations, drafting investment memos, and assisting senior bankers in executing transactions. Known for his determined and team-oriented approach, Matthew is committed to understanding each client’s unique goals and positioning them for success. “I view each task as an opportunity to learn and grow,” he says. 

Beyond his technical expertise, Matthew prides himself on working seamlessly with both senior and junior team members to ensure smooth project execution. He values the culture of mentorship and collaboration at CCA, finding it an ideal environment for developing his expertise in investment banking. Matthew holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Aloysius College. 

On the personal side…

Originally from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Matthew is a former college baseball player who values teamwork both on and off the field and enjoys staying active through golf and CrossFit. A travel enthusiast, Matthew counts his trip to Ireland as a favorite experience. Closer to home, he volunteers with the National MS Society, reflecting his commitment to community involvement.
