“The people are what make this such a great place to work,” said Nicholas DuBois, reflecting on his experience since joining CCA as an Analyst. “Everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed and is invested in helping you grow, both as a person and as a future business professional.”

Nicholas is responsible for developing financial projections, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with transaction execution for CCA’s clients. Before joining the firm, he completed internships in accounting, wealth management, and investment banking, a diverse foundation he expects will serve his long-term career development well.

Nicholas approaches his work with a simple guiding philosophy. “I believe in being a person for others by helping those around me, treating everyone with respect, and always being willing to work harder for the good of the team,” he said. Colleagues describe him as thoughtful, dependable, hardworking, and supportive, qualities he hopes will make him someone clients can trust and rely on as he continues to grow in his career.

On the personal side…

A Baltimore Ravens fan who grew up in the Maryland area, Nicholas loves to travel and experience new cultures. Two of his favorite trips were to Barcelona, where he studied abroad, and to India, where he was able to visit family and immerse himself in the culture. Nicholas played rugby during his time at the University of South Carolina.
