Sean Ketchen supports CCA’s Investment Banking team by developing financial projections, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with transaction execution. He takes a measured, synergistic approach to each engagement, informed by his experience in financial modeling and business valuation. “I have a constant desire to learn and improve,” Sean says. “That mindset helps me show up with consistency and a collaborative approach every day.”
Sean values working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to a team-focused environment. He is known for his strong work ethic, insightfulness, and accountability—traits shaped by his experience as a Division I lacrosse player and team captain. Before joining CCA full time, Sean participated in the firm’s 2024 Summer Analyst Internship Program.
On the personal side…
A Baltimore native, Sean enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures—his favorite trip to date was visiting Italy with his family while his brother studied abroad. Outside of work, he can often be found working on his golf game or cheering on his favorite local sports teams.
