steve-collins

Drawing on more than 30 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, Steve Collins leads the CCA healthcare investment banking practice as Managing Director. He advises healthcare organizations on value creation, strategic growth initiatives, and exit planning. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 350 transactions representing in excess of 7 billion dollars in aggregate enterprise value, partnering closely with private owners and executive teams to navigate complex structural considerations and achieve desired outcomes.

Clients value his disciplined, collaborative approach and steady focus on long term impact. “While financial considerations are central, there are often many other factors that influence the right long-term partner or successor,” he notes. That perspective, grounded in careful listening and thoughtful analysis, enables him to guide transactions with clarity and respect for the priorities that matter most to each client. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Maryland, College Park.

On the personal side…

Steve spends much of his time in Florida but maintains deep roots in the Mid-Atlantic region and remains a loyal supporter of Washington, D.C. and Maryland sports teams. Steve spends much of his down time with family and activities on or around the water.
