Baltimore, MD – JUNE 16, 2022 – Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (CCA) is pleased to announce that Andy Spears has joined the team as a Vice President in the firm’s Corporate Advisory practice.

With more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A, Andy brings to CCA a proven track record in advisory services and transaction support.

In his new role, Andy dedicates his time and expertise to helping clients maximize shareholder value by architecting deals, readiness assessments, and preparation roadmaps that align with their vision, values, and financial goals. “I am determined to provide thoughtful advice,” he said. “As a trusted advisor, our role is to understand our clients’ objectives and guide them on how to attain those goals with clear, actionable steps.”
Over the years, Andy has advised clients on more than 15 transactions across industries with an aggregate enterprise value of $250 million. Most recently, he served as Vice President for Janney Montgomery Scott’s Investment Banking group, focused on lower middle-market M&A clients.
Andy’s background also includes experience as a member of PwC’s Transaction Services team where he specialized in bankruptcy and turnaround transactions, and as a senior financial analyst for an enterprise-class cloud services company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University.
